On 21 March 2025, the Gaza Association Australia hosted a special Iftar at Summerland Bankstown, uniting our community in the sacred spirit of Ramadan. This blessed month is a time for reflection, compassion, and renewed cohesion, and our gathering truly embodied these values. We were honoured to have Minister Tony Burke, community leaders, and representatives from both government and non-government organisations in attendance, reinforcing the bonds that unite us in faith and community.
The evening was enriched by the true spirit of Ramadan, as warmth, delicious food, and heartfelt connections brought us closer together. Thank you to everyone who joined us—your presence helped create an atmosphere of unity and enduring community spirit.
